In our first session, we’ll get to know you a bit better – we’ll talk about what brought you here, any challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we’ll design a personalized plan that reflects your unique needs and goals.
Ongoing support, progress, and adjustment
Our sessions will focus on helping you understand yourself better, develop new coping strategies, and make meaningful progress towards your goals. We will regularly check-in to review how you’re feeling and make adjustments to our approach if needed. Your insights are key to ensuring the process feels right for you!
Depending on your needs, we’ll arrange the frequency of our meetings.
